My son Gary did your course towards the end of the last school year. He has just started year 7. Boys being boys, certain children have been trying to assert their authority. Yesterday, Gary was pinned against a wall by another child. Using the techniques you had taught him, he was able to safely get the other child off of him and walk away.
Hopefully this was enough to show the other boy that Gary is now not an easy target. We’ve sent Gary into school today, reminded him once again that he has the right to defend himself, but the best thing to do is to get away from situation as safely as possible.
Gary was so confident and calm thanks to your training and as parents, we are so much more relaxed knowing that should he need to, he knows how to defend himself.
