Curriculum Aligned Content
We actively reinforce PSHE and RSE themes by teaching children how to manage fear, set personal boundaries, and make responsible decisions.
Legally Aware Instruction
We educate pupils on the UK laws surrounding self-defence, as defined in section 3(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1967.
Managing Threatening Situations
We teach pupils to manage their body’s natural fear response so they can make the right decisions in threatening situations.
Experienced, Vetted Instructor
Jason brings over 35 years of experience teaching self-defence and personal protection strategies. He holds a BTEC Level 3 qualification in self-defence instruction. Jason also holds a BTEC Level 3 qualification in conflict management.
He maintains full DBS clearance and first aid training.
Jason is fully insured for all his professional activities.
Training That Meets Health & Safety Obligations
Our training meets all school obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
It also meets the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
We deliver a legally defensible course that prioritises safety and compliance.
Before each course begins, we complete a full risk assessment to ensure the safety of all attendees.
