Curriculum Aligned Content
We reinforce PSHE and RSE themes such as managing fear, personal boundaries, and responsible decision-making.
Legally Aware Instruction
Pupils are educated on the UK laws surrounding self defence, as defined under section 3(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1967.
Managing Threatening Situations
We teach pupils how to control the body’s natural fear respons to allow them to make the right decisions in threatening situations.
Experienced, Vetted Instructor
Jason has over 35 years of experience in teaching self defence and self protection strategies. Jason as a BTEC Level 3 qualification in self defence instruction, and a BTEC Level 3 qualification in teaching conflict management. He is fully DBS checked and first aid trained, and fully insured.
Training That Meets Health & Safety Obligations
The training we provide meets all the schools obligations under the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974, and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. We provide a legally defensible course with risk assessments carried out before each course commences.
