Children’s Self Defence Course Booking Form
Our next available Children’s Self Defence Course will be a one day course on Sunday 1st February, 2026.
The course will be held in the Education Room at Thames Chase Forest Centre, Broadfields, Pike Line, Upminster RM14 3NS.
At this course we will cover the following:

- Street awareness
- How to manage fear
- Staying safe on public transport
- How to handle challenging situations
- Easy to learn and apply self defence techniques
